The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this agreement:

By creating an Account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the to303 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all Members regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date they are posted.

To register and maintain an Account on to303, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of to303, or a close family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been granted by to303 management.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or permanently closed by to303 for violations of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited and where access is being circumvented through the use of a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology.

to303 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. to303 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

to303 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason and without incurring any liability to the applicant.

to303 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. KYC verification may be required at any point during your membership, including but not limited to:

• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• When your cumulative withdrawals exceed a specified threshold.
• When to303's risk and fraud monitoring systems flag unusual account activity.
• Whenever to303 considers it necessary to satisfy its internal compliance obligations.

Documents commonly requested during KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the past three months showing your name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or scan of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits, showing the account number and your name.

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. to303 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays in the KYC process caused by a Member's failure to provide the required documentation in a timely manner.

to303 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmed bank transfer receipt. Processing times may vary during peak periods or Indonesian public holidays.
• Own-account rule: You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.
• No credit: to303 does not extend credit to Members. You may only wager funds that are available in your Account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. to303 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically dispatched within 5–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available window.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Requests submitted before KYC is completed will be held pending verification.
• Wagering requirement: Funds that originated from a Bonus Balance must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balance is always withdrawable, subject to KYC and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• Right to review: to303 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where fraud or Terms violation is suspected, pending investigation. Members will be notified of any such hold.

to303 offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and seasonal incentives aligned with Indonesia's cultural calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and others). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only and may be claimed once per Member, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion's specific terms. The default wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated, is 10× (ten times) the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds expire 30 days after being credited if wagering requirements are not completed within this period.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible game categories as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game types (such as specific live casino tables or sports markets with odds below 1.50) may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward wagering requirements.
• to303 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus awards where it determines that the promotion terms have been abused or circumvented.
• Participating in any promotion under false pretences, using multiple accounts, or exploiting technical errors to gain a promotional advantage will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement, except where a specific game or market's rules provide for cash-out or early settlement functionality.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disconnection, or platform error during an active game round or open bet, to303 will endeavour to settle the bet based on the last confirmed game state recorded by our servers. The platform's server records are the authoritative source for bet settlement.
• Game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software for virtual/slot products and by live dealers or official sports results for live casino and sportsbook markets respectively. Game Provider RNG certifications are available upon request.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. A void or abandoned fixture within an accumulator will reduce the number of selections accordingly; if all remaining selections win, the bet will be settled as if those selections were the only ones placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per round, and per day. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be adjusted by to303 at its discretion.

to303 is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all Members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Multi-accounting: Operating or benefiting from more than one Account, directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating wagers with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or results to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies, promotional structures, or technical anomalies to extract guaranteed profit from the Platform.
• Software exploits: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform on your behalf without to303's prior written consent.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity or to circumvent anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal, chargeback, or dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a legitimate Platform transaction.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward to303 staff, agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

to303 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a suspected violation is identified, to303 may freeze an Account immediately and conduct an investigation before determining an appropriate response. All investigative decisions are final.

to303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm. As part of this commitment, to303 provides the following tools to all registered Members, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you will be unable to log in or place wagers.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. to303 will not accept re-registration requests from a self-excluded Member during the exclusion period.

All content on the to303 Platform — including but not limited to the to303 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of to303 or its licensed Game Providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from to303.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use to303's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside the Platform without express authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any automated means.

to303 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, to303 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and security.
• KYC identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and Bank Permata.
• Delivering customer support and resolving disputes.
• Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

to303 does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with Game Providers, payment processors, and KYC verification services where necessary to deliver Platform services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to303 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity resulting from technical faults, platform maintenance, network disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers in respect of game outcomes, RNG performance, or software errors within their proprietary game engines.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, Indonesian banking infrastructure, or public holiday banking schedules.

to303's total liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

to303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or KYC verification requests.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct toward to303 or other Members.
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Balance (excluding Bonus Balance pending wagering completion) will be returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method, subject to a final KYC review. to303 reserves the right to withhold the return of funds for up to 30 days where an investigation is ongoing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of to303. to303 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform with SSL Encryption and Provably Fair Games standards applied across all eligible product categories.

Any dispute arising between a Member and to303 in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to to303's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. to303 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that to303 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you.

to303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, to303 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
